RTOS/CC2650: Unable to program the board

Part Number: CC2650

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

Hi,

During testing my custom board I accidentally connected 12 V to one of the GPIO.  After this I am not able to program the board.  Although existing program on board is running fine. It is connecting with BLE app on smartphone and toggling LED on board. But I am not able to load program through JTAG debugger.

Any suggestions on how to go on debugging this problem. 12V connection to GPIO was less than for 2 second.  What checks do I need to perform on hardware to check if controller is bricked or not? Is it possible that overvoltage has damaged only one port and kept other ports fine?
