hello

i see an error in the BLE device monitor. it shows a device error. i also tried the Btool for connecting the host test program. it shows me the same error.
i am not sure how to deal with it. i tried updating the firmware for the device also

attaching you the error. moreover the com port connected is right.

Is COM3 simulated by your CC2650 EVB?

Instead of using device monitor, you can also use Btool which includes all the function that device monitor has.

i used that also. there is a connection problem there too. i also updated the firmware

Which version of host test(from which BLE-STACK version) are you using? What's your CC2650 chip version?

Try to download prebuild hex cc2650lp_host_test_rel.hex under C:\ti\simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_01_18\examples\hex to your LAUNCHXL-CC2650 to test again.
