My customer is considering using CC2564MODN for his project, his companion MCU is a M3 from another vendor.

LIke to check a couple of question arising from above configuration.

  • Would the stack be compatiable to port from the CC256XSTBTBLESW meant for M4 to a none STM or TI M3?
  • Would the stack still be royalty free in the above setting?

    Hi Ing,

    The CC256XSTBTBLESW SDK release contains stack and profile libraries compiled for CM3, CM4 and CM4F devices. So this sdk can be used with another CM3 platforms by linking the correct version of the libraries in the IDE and doing the platform specific porting.

    Yes, it will still be royalty free because you will be using it with CC256x. Please refer to the CC256XSTBTBLESW license at the installation for details.
