Our company develops programmers for uControllers. I have to program the CC2640 device, but I can't find the programming specification for it.

I have to burn the flash (including the special areas) of the CC2640 device.
Therefore I need the sequence for entering to programming mode and the sequence for writing to the flash of the device.

I don't the spec of JTAG interface but I suppose you can use backdoor boot loader which you can refer to www.ti.com/.../swra466a.pdf
