LAUNCHXL-CC2650: Error downloading Project Zero image

Hi,

I'm trying to download the Project Zero image to my CC2650 LaunchPad from TI Resource Explorer but am encountering the following error:

"Could not launch TI Cloud Agent: Failed to start TI Cloud Agent"

I have installed TI Cloud Agent several times but still get this error.

Can anyone help me with this?

Which OS and browser do you use?

Windows 10, Google Chrome v56

I test CCS cloud on my Windows 10 Google Chrome v56 and it works fine. If you still have problem to use it on Chrome, I suggest you to try Firefox.

I've managed to download the program using Firefox. No idea why it didn't work with Chrome. Thanks for your help
