I want to know how long CPUdelay(uint32_t ui32Count) cost? It said ui32Count is The loop takes 3 cycles/loop.Such as my clock is 24M,

does one cycles is 1/24 000 000? that meas CPUdelay(8000000) cost 1 second? but I test in my board , it doesn't look like this.
