CC2640R2F: ADC input before poworing CC2640R2F

Hi,

My customer is asking if ADC input (estimated 1.0～3.3V for 100usec) would be acceptable before powering cc2640r2f. They are wondering if this might damage the device. Do you have any comment on this ?

Hello Naoki,
You must follow the Absolute Maximum Ratings from the CC2640R2F data sheet which state that the maximum input voltage that can be applied to any pin is VDDSx + 0.3 V.
