CC2640R2F: How to generate a 0.35uS pulse on GPIO?

Dear TI Specialist,

One of my customer want to drive a special LED which need minimum 0.35uS pulse with CC2640R2 GPIO. They have tried PIN_setOutputValue(), and found that the speed cannot meet requirment.

I checked PWM driver seems that it only support microseconds. Is there any other way to generate a 0.35uS pulse?Belowis the picture of LED data transfer time. Thanks a lot.

one tick for PWM is 1/48MHz, so you should be able to use PWM to generate approximately the period you want(16~17 ticks), however, the IO switch time will be affected by the capacitance introduced by external component.(especially when you probe the pin to check the signal)
