Hi,

I'm trying to interface an MPU6050 Inertial Measurement Unit with my CC2650 LaunchPad. Is there a library available for interfacing this sensor with the CC2650? If not, can someone explain to me how I would go about developing a library (or would it be too difficult)?

Hi Tony,

The CC2650 Sensortag already has a library for the MPU9250 (same gyro- and accelerometer as MPU6050 but with additional magnetometer). I suggest you take a look at that project. If you still want to develop your own library it shouldn't be too difficult. Use the I2C driver for the CC2650 LaunchPad and follow the register instructions in the datasheet for the MPU6050.

Hi Klas,

I'm trying to program the CC26xx Sensor Tag application onto my CC2650 LaunchPad but it is giving me an "Error while running CC2650 Stack.a FlashROM" message.

Is there any reason why this application wouldn't work on the LaunchPad? Also, does the Boot Image Manager (BIM) have to be used?
