CC2541: OAD will overwrite the user data

Hi,

The issue is about the OAD and user data store in flash.

1、For the first time,cc2541 program download to flash by CCDebug,it's running in imageA.and the user data stored in page 124.

2、Then,updated to ImageB by OAD.user data still exist in page 124.

3、Then,updated to imageA by OAD.i found the user data is overwrite 0XFF.

how can keep the user data not be change?

Hi,

Double check your image a that you're sending via OAD. Ensure that it's not padded - that may be causing your issue?

The HEX file and the Image A and the Image B were compiled in the same code.

Can you provide map files, we need more information to reproduce

Ideally IMG_A shouldn't ever be modified, just IMG_B. Which projects, and which SDK are you using?
