CC2541: OAD service not working with android Platform

Hi,

I am using CC2541 for my custom device.I want to use OAD service for my firmware updation.Its working fine with ios platform but not working with BLE sensortag application for android.

Can anyone tell me what may be the possible reason??

Hello Anshul,

The SensorTag Android application only supports OAD CC2640 with BLE 2.2.x.

You can apply the same profile to your Android application for CC2541:

git.ti.com/ble-oad-android-source-code

Thanks for reply JXS,

Is there will be any changes from firmware side? I gone through some link so I find out some connection control service is needed to work with android platform.Is it necessary to add in code?

Conn control service is not required.

As suggested by you in trailed post, we have downloaded and run the code. But it is showing the below image.

What changes i need to make in the Android application code to support OAD for CC2541.
