CC2640R2F: high drive for SPI

Dear TI specialist,

I see some GPIOs have high drive capabilities. If I config such GPIO to SPI mode, could I keep the high drive capabilities for SPI--MOSI ?

Hi Bruce,

Yes, the high drive capability is a physical parameter of those specific pins.

Is high drive capability only for GPIO ? Can I use it for SPI/UART's specific pin?

Hi Bruce,

As I wrote, high drive capability is a feature of certain physical pins. It is not connected to the peripheral that controls the pin.
