CC2564: BLE Data transfer

I am using a Tiva C TM4C123G micro running FreeRTOS v9 and Bluetopia v4 on a CC2564.

I have successfully gotten bluetooth classic to work but I am having trouble with BLE.

It connects to my Ipod just fine but I can not get data to or from the board and Ipod. I am sending with GATT_Handle_Value_Notification(...) with no errors reported but I get no response from the Ipod.

    The GATT notifications are not supposed to have any response from the GATT client. Please refer to the Bluetooth Core Specification documentation for details.

    Thank you for your response,  I am using the SPPLEDem as my general model for a project on the TM4C123G.

    The same basic code works fine on a MSP430 and the CC2564 with Bluetopia v1.3.  I am trying to get all this running on the TM4C123 with bluetopia v4.0.

    I know that a few things have changed in the stack and I am wondering if I am just missing something I need on the newer stack for client setup for BLE.

    Bluetooth classic works fine.
