Please tell me about the acquisition status of the CC26xx series QDID.

Do you get QDID on CC2650 chip?

    Hi Hamada,

    I am not sure I understand your question. The QDIDs for CC2650 are listed in the "Qualified Designs CC2640R2F (BLE-Stack v3.x) and CC2640/CC2650/CC1350 (BLE-Stack v2.2.x)" section.

    My customers are developing at the chip level of CC26xx.
    The following items are listed in the TI wiki.

    We recognize QDID for PHY as "CC2650MODA" and "CC2650-7ID".

    Because my customers are considering at the chip level of CC26xx,
    We thought we needed to use QDID "CC2650-7ID".

    but,
    I confirmed the certification contents of "CC2650-7ID"
    It was applied to "CC2650-71D", "CC2650-5XD", "CC2650-4 XS".

    When considering at the chip level of CC26xx (ex : CC2650F128RGZR, CC2650F128RHBR, CC2650F128RSMR)
    Which QDID should I use?

    Hi Hamada,

    You select the QDID that applies to the BLE Stack version you are using. The PHY QDIDs cannot be reused, you have to perform PHY qualification for your specific HW design.

    　SW : BLE Stack v2.1(BT 4.1)

    In this case, by using the QDID of "61691" and "61713"

    Is EPL (End Product List) registration possible?

    If not, how can EPL registration be possible?

    Hello,

    You can use the "Protocol" QDID combined with 1) a pre-certified module's QDID such as the CC2650MODA, or 2) RF-PHY test evidence from your own custom HW board design to create an end product listing. I suggest using the services of a BQE - they will be able to handle all the paperwork, coordinate with your test lab to obtain the RF-PHY evidence, and finally issue the EPL.
