CC2541: UART CRC check

You can design checksum error check on UART commands used by communicating between CC2541 and CC3200.

My point is:
if I send 1 000 000 packets by UART, is all of them comes exactly the same as was sent

I couldn't understand your question. Can you elaborate?

For example, if I send (from cc2541) by UART, packet with 8 bytes "abcdefgh", will I get on other side (cc3200) with 100% chance exactly "abcdefgh"?
Or if I will send this packet every 1 second for 1 000 000 seconds, will I get 1 000 000 times exactly "abcdefgh"?
I know that UART has about 0.4% error chance. Is this errors handled by HW (or drivers...), and I no need to care about it or I must insert CRC in my packet to handle this transfer errors?

Where do you get the information Cc2541 UART has about 0.4% error chance?
