Hi,

I am using CC2650 Launchpad and I want to use External Flash.

Please inform me from which memory address does the external flash memory begin in the CC2650 Launchpad.

On my Launchpad I have macronics 1MB external flash.

I am using ble_cc26xx_2_01_01_44627 and tirtos_cc13xx_cc26xx_2_21_00_06.

Hi,

You can find how to use the external flash on launchpad from our TI-RTOS mw folder.

The files you want to check locates : C:\ti\tirtos_cc13xx_cc26xx_xxxxxxx\products\tidrivers_cc13xx_cc26xx_2_20_01_10\packages\ti\mw\extflash

Thanks for the reply Christin,

I have searched both ExtFlash.c and ExtFlash.h, in both the files starting address of the external flash is not mentioned.

can you please tell me, what is the memory location i should enter in the Memory Browser so as to locate the external flash

You can start with address 0.
We have our OAD example code using external flash and here is the layout we are using.
