It's implemented in our BLE stack which support bluetooth specification 4.2. Is this the answer you are looking for?

I believe it's only using the TRNG as a starting point to get a number and then the rest is done in SW. (Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman is SW encryption method).

May I ask you why for asking this question?

Customer needs secure key exchange but need almost all resources for his application.

BLE stack 4.2 already has secure connection implemented in the stack. The peripheral resources are all still available, so he should have no problem using this feature. For more information about secure connection, you can checkout the software developer's guide (software-dl.ti.com/.../index.html
