CC2640: CC2640 4x4 can't load app

Hi,

the voltages of the powering up is following: there is no defferences according to theoretical values;

I think there may be something wrong with my crystals ,Y1（32768Hz,two pads）,Y2(24MHz, four pads),both of them have two 15PF starting capacitors,the location and routing is just like below:

Could you please give me any advice?

Hi Liang,

I recommend looking at the http://www.ti.com/ble-wiki particularly under the section 'Design Resources'

There's a HW checklist with some other material to check.

Hi Liang,

You should not have load capacitors on the 24 MHz crystal. There are also other HW issues with your design, you should follow Rebel´advice on going through the HW collateral on the wiki.
