Would you be able to tell how because the TI cloud tools indicate connector mismatch. I assume that is the same as the SimpleLink™ CC2650 MODA booster pack.

On the CC2650MODA pin# 35 is the reset input. This must be connected to and controlled by a GPIO on the LaunchPad. I assume pin# 35 on the Tiva LaunchPad can work as a GPIO also, not solely as PWM output.
