CCS/CC2640: debug error No source available for "0x10000486"

SDK Version: ble_sdk_2_02_01_18
Example: SimpleBLEBroadcaster

I built SimpleBLEBroadcaster example and the SimpleBLEBroadcasterStack example and uploaded them both to the CC2640. When running the SimpleBLEBroadcaster example, pausing the processor after ten seconds gives error: No source available for "0x10000486".

Please give me best solution for how to solve this.
