RTOS/CC2541: cc2541

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

hi i'm newbee in BLE. Now i have a trouble with btool application PC.  

i cant connect btool with CC2541.

i use PL232 and Tx to  Rx cc2541

RX to tx 

i  think it it not correct. :((. so could you show me how to use Btool
