Part Number: CC2540

I am in search of CC2540 RF Module for my mass production in order to skip FCC testing. Wondering if you could recommend me some popular options for CC2540 RF module.

I look up online but found one several expensive options such as Panasonic ENW-89820A1KF at $8.46 for 1000 units. 

Any thought or recommendations would be deeply appreciated.
