CC2540: CC2540 temperature and pressure

I'm looking at the feasibility of using the CC2540 in a IoT project where the micro controller will possibly have to be placed in an injection moulded object. The injection moulding will expose the micro controller to temperatures of 185oC and pressure of 15bar for 4 minutes (up to 80 bar pressure during the injection).

Will the micro controller be able to handle these conditions? (I know the max storage temperature is listed as 125oC in the datasheet, but I thought it might be that it can handle higher temperatures for example in a  reflow oven.)

Also, where could I get hold of this type of information for other micro controllers if it isn't listed in the datasheet?

    No guarantees for correct operation can be given when operating outside of the stated limits. In this application note: www.ti.com/.../slua271a.pdf you will find the typical soldering profiles for QFN packages. As you can see, the temperature profile you ask about is not too far from what the chip can handle. More concerning is the pressure. I am not aware of any testing of QFN packages under such high pressure conditions, we certainly do not do it as part of the package qualification. To verify whether this will be acceptable or not for you application you will need to do your own qualification of the process.
