CC2640R2F-Q1: Flash Retention Spec Clarification

The FLASH retention spec is shown as 11.4 years @ 105°C. I would like to know what is the write / erase pre-conditioning for this retention spec?

It's 100K cycles which is specified in 5.5 General Characteristics of cc2640r2f-q1 data sheet.

Thanks YiKai but the datasheet is not clear on whether that is a pre-condition for the retention specification. I want to be sure.

Hi Marc,

YK is correct. It is 11.4 years at 105 degC after 100k write/erase cycles.
