CC2640: How to reset CC2640 after programming(use radio test library)

Hi TI expert,

I am developing production tool (use radio test library) for CC2640. I have one question, can you tell me how to reset CC2640 after programming(like flash programmer 2)? thank you

Hi Yuhua,

You can use Flash Programmer 2 to erase the device, just tick the Erase box and un-tick the Program and Verify boxes.

I use radio test library, radio test library cannot reset CC2640?

Hi,

You can drive the RESET_N pin low for 1us to perform a pin reset. If you are programming externally over JTAG, this is the recommended method for reset. Other reset options are described in the TRM (SWCU117), see the Reset section.
