The profile is described in detail here, if you want to try to implement it yourself: software-dl.ti.com/.../oad.html

No worries! Remember that we also have BTool which implements the profile - you can use this as a base line maybe?

oh really? I uesd BTool but didn't found some functions will help OAD. How to use it? and do you have some guide about implements OAD profile WITH BTool? thank you so much.

You'll want to use the latest version of BTool from the CC2640R2F SDK. Take a look at processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC2640_OAD_User's_Guide

Regarding how Btool implements OAD, other than looking at the log (which shows which commands are called via HCI), there's really no other information.
