CC2650STK: reload firmware after OAD upgrade failure

Part Number: CC2650STK

I have a CC2650STK SensorTag 1.3.2 received last week.

After a failed OAD firmware upgrade, the SensorTag stopped working.

I've tried to re-flash the hex file from C:\ti\simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_01_18\examples\hex using Btool and the Debugger Devpack 1.3.0.

The Btool is recognising the debugger but is not connecting to the SensorTag and reports the following. How can I restore the firmware?

My laptop runs Win10 64 bit.
