CC2541: Hardware modufication after rf-phy testing

Hi,

 We have developed one product using cc2541.We have some analog circuity on our board.  Our product passed Rf-Phy testing. Now we are facing some issues and for that we required to modify the analog circuitry. So do we need to do Rf-phy testing again if we modify our circuitry.We are not changing any thing related to cc2541 and antenna part.
