Compiler/CC2650STK: Boundary tool missing

Hello, I'm missing the Bonduary folder from , "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments" i removed and reinstalled ble stack 2.2.1 but it didn't help. Do i need to get a hold of a older stack to get the Boundary tool or is it posible to get a separate install file?
