CC2564MODA: Flatness error on PCB

Part Number: CC2564MODA

Hi

Customer wants to know acceptable flatness error of customer PCB on CC2564MODA seating plane.

Is there any specification for this parameter ?

Background of the question:
Customer found a few boards on which CC2564MODA is soldered at a tilt.

    Hi Kot,

    IF the customer has soldered the module on a tilt, then there will be poor connection form the module to the customer PCB. You need to ensure that the voiding of the solder is no more than 30% on any pad and it should uniform across the module. My suggestion is to look at X-rays to see the voiding and to also look at the reflow provide and adjust as needed.
