CC2650: Problem with the exception of Acceleration

Hello,
I use a SensortTag CC2650 with a tablet.
I have a problem, both with the official application of T.I. as my application. After connection, the motion data are not always receive. Sometimes after many disconnection/connection it starts again.
But I need that this data are stable. Is there a solution?

Hi Elodie,

A sniffer capture could be useful, just to verify that the notifications are being sent - another thing to check is the sensor tag software itself and make sure the updates are being sent to the stack.

I've contacted a sensortag expert as well to get more information on why this could happen,

One thing to be aware of is the wake-on-motion feature. This must be turned off to ensure continuous data collection.
