Is there already an existing android app to use with smart phones to update firmware of ble device using cc2541?

I am currently working on this project.

Regarding Android app, the older version of the software can be found here: git.ti.com/sensortag-android

You'll have to look to the OAD profile guide for how the OAD Profile should be implemented from a central/downloader perspective: software-dl.ti.com/.../oad.html
