CCS: Custom board with CC2640R2, Cant program it

Hi, 

Please I need help on my custom board with CC2640R2, I cant flash it.

When I try with Flash Programmer 2, lastest version, sometimes identify it, others no.

When it identify my target board, I try erase or read, and I get "Create xbal object failed" and nothing happens.

I am using to flash the custom board a Launchpad CC2650 or other with a CC2640r2 version.

I use TMS, TCK, NRESET, GND and 3v3 from launchpad (I remove the jumpers) to the custom board.

Please anyone can help me?
