CC2650: Microcontroller need to reprogram everytime to work.

Hello,

I have one PCB with CC2650, observed strange thing.

I programmed it initially, it worked properly, checked data on BLE monitor. After power off and then turned on, it is not showing any data.

BLE is not working after second power ON.

Checked with another PCB, it works fine.

What happened to that IC. ??

Please help me in this regard.

I have checked RST pin after power up, it is showing VDD voltage.

Hello All,

Checked voltage on VDDS_DCDC (Pin no 34 on CC2650 RGZ package), it is 3V.
Checked voltage on DCDC_SW pin (Pin no 33 on CC2650 RGZ package). It shows 0 Volt. It should be 1.7V -1.95V as per datasheet.
It only goes high at power ON, then turns to 0 Volts in less than 300ms after power on. Refreshed all decoupling capacitors, inductors near IC and IC too. But still problem exist.
Is it because of faulty part?

Some examples need to download BIM into CC26XX to make it run so I ask which example you use.
