RTOS/CC2640R2F: About the lower current consumption problem

Part Number: CC2640R2F

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

Hi TI,

Now I have to make the current consumption lower and lower for CC2640R2. I've made a minimized circuit for CC2640R2, and then, the LEDs and the resistances, etc... are all disabled.

And then I measure the standby current consumption, only the central green CC2640R2 unit.

When the CC2640R2 is driven by XDS110(3.3V), its current consumption is 210uA.

When the CC2640R2 is driven by battery(3.7V), its current consumption is 340uA.

However, the qualified current consumption is about 100uA or lower(driven by battery). So, I need to make clear that, in this case, how I can reduce the current consumption by program code, or only by optimizing the circuit.

(P.S.

1.I've tried the PinStandby example, but I fail. The IAR platform cannot open it correctly. Is there any other method to use the "sleep" command in this example?

2.Don't shut it down or else the data in SRAM will be lost.)

Thanks
