CC2640: Programming Issue through UART

Customer Question:

I am looking for a programming solution to TI CC2640 Chip through UART debug port (Pin14/Pin15/Pin35). Tell me what tool and application I need ?

The reason why I am asking is our product can only access UART debug port after assembly and we need to program a final application Firmware to CC2640.

Response from customer:

1. We are using package “VQFN(48)”.

2. CC2640 Pin allocation from TI datasheet , I also noticed that the inside Memory can be reprogrammed with UART port as description in screenshot 6.6 below

3. “SmartRF Flash Programmer V2” is available to do programming with debug and serial interfaces . pls confirm this and tell me how can I get this ?
