CC2541: Board file corrupted?

Part Number: CC2541

Hi,

I recently ordered the parts for the CC2541, and was going to build a PCB. The reference design zip folder contains a board file, but seems to be corrupted when I try to open it using eagle CAD (downloaded twice, and on different PCs). Is there a particular PCB software that will open this board file?
