Hello,

According to data sheet of CC2640R2F, it has 275KB of Nonvolatile memory available. Can we use all the 275KB of memory as programmable flash ?

    Hi Gourang,

    The full sentence is: – 275KB of Nonvolatile Memory Including 128KB of In-System Programmable Flash , which basically means that only 128 kB is programmable.

    The reason for writing it like this is to highlight that most of the BLE Stack and TI-RTOS is located in ROM, which makes most of the flash available to your application (depending on BLE options and features).
