For cc2541,Now only use SmartRF Flash Programmer software to modify thesecondary address , the customer requires the app can modify the MAC address, the hardware can now receive the data, but do not know how to modify the mac address, know the secondary address can be amended, but do not know how to modify,

You can change the BDADDR at runtime with the vendor specific HCI command: HCI_EXT_SetBDADDRCmd(). See the TI BLE Vendor Specific guide for more details.
