Part Number: CC2640

I just wanted to know, if there is a version of the CC2640 (or its successor CC2640R2F) planned, which has 256kB Flash instead of the 128kB? If so, could you estimate, when such a version is planned?
As far as I see it, there are some demands of a bigger Flash size, specially if it is used as a Central Device.
