Hi,

The CC2640R2F datasheet says the chip has 275KB of Nonvolatile Memory.

The map file says the application size is 60 kB. Up to 8 kB of OSAL_SNV is

available to the user. Are there ways to increase the SNV available to the user?

If so, what is the max that can be made available?

    Hi Priya,

    The CC2640R2F has 128kB of flash available. The rest of the 275kB is ROM. The BLE-Stack SDK only supports up to two pages of SNV. If you wanted to use more, you would have to make changes to the linker file and rewrite the NV driver.
