CC2640: Device not advertising when flashed with SmartRF Flash programer

Hi,

I am using cc2640 along with bq27220 fuel gauge and bq25892 battery charger , both are interfaced via i2c. whenever I am flashing the hex file with SmartRF Flash Programmer CC2640 is not responding, but whenever i put device to debug mode it starts responding as well as advertising too, every thing works fine even after exiting debug mode device works.

Kindly help me that why device is not working when I program with SmartRF Flash programmer.I have even tried to flash program after mass erasing CC2640 through SmartRF Flash Programmer.Still it is not working

    Hi Jasbeer,

    It sounds odd that you're able to flash by debugging the application in an IDE vs just using flash programmer.

    What's your set up? Are you using CCS? Which Stack? Can you upload the hex to a launchpad and still run?
