CC2640R2F: simple_peripheral on IAR won't compile

Hello,

I just downloaded the latest simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_1_35_00_33 SDK for CC2640R2 and simple_peripheral_oad_onchip won't compile. So I tried simple_periheral and it won't compile either.

I am getting 2 errors:

1. Fatal Error[Pe1696]: cannot open source file "xdc/std.h" C:\ti\simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_1_35_00_33\kernel\tirtos\packages\ti\sysbios\BIOS.h 50

2. Could not launch the tool "c:\ti\xdctools_3_50_00_10_core/xs"

Has anyone had this issue?

Hi,

Did you try going into the directory reported in the error to see if the file exists?
Are you using the suggested IDE/compiler version as indicated in the readme in the SDK?

Hi mario,

Try deleting your current SDK v1.35 and then re-installing the SDK v1.35, see if you get the same results. If you get the same results, ask help at CCS forum. Several people in the forum encounter this error including me. In my case the error appears at simple_peripheral from SDK v1.30 after I installed SDK v1.35.

It looks like XDCROOT path was wrong, I don't know why. installing SDK v1.35 doesn't seem to create new paths everytime. I had to manually change the path.
