My very new CC1350 is not responding. It was working before for a few minutes. Pressing the two button for more than 6 seconds still does not do anything. What could I do to fix this problem?

It seems like he's using a CC1350STK, mentioning the two buttons.
I also have just received a CC1350STK, and am experiencing the same issue as the original poster. After connecting once to the sensortag with the android app, it would not reconnect again. I tried resetting by holding both buttons for 6 seconds, a red light flashed for a second or so, then the whole thing became unresponsive. The documentation provided implied that doing so would reset it to default as it came to the user.
Any help with how to either reflash the stock firmware or recover these devices would be much appreciated.
yes. I am using CC1350STK.
I have also checked the battery, changed new battery. It is just not responding. when I hold both buttons for 6 seconds, no redlight flashed etc.
I just could not believe it is that fragile as it is out of the box for about 30 minutes only. any help will be much apprecaited.
Thank you.
I have resolved the problem after a few email with TI support. I reckon the problem is in the fireware not loaded properly. Hence, when I press on the reset button, the system could not response.
To resolve this, I purchased the DevPack: http://www.ti.com/tool/cc-devpack-debug
and then reload the TI firmware following the steps documented in the following document:
