Our friends have a question related to the CC2540 Device Specification as follows.
Do you think that the min and max values for the CC2540’s internal reference, useable with the ADC, might exist? I’ve had luck getting other manufacturers getting these values from the fab and actually having them added to the datasheet. I’d like to use the ref instead of the DVDD for the part so I have more bits in the measurement. Presently looking at an ADC input voltage range from 0.6 to 1.1V. An accurate 1.24V ref is better than the 3.5V value of DVDD.
