CCS/CC2640R2F: DeviceFamily_XYZ undefined when moving from CC26040R2F SDK 1.30/1.35 to SDK 1.40

Okay, so the part that actually described how we solved it was not included in the post...

So the issue was with the tirtos_builds_CC2640R2_LAUNCHXL_release_ccs project and not our own. Go to properties -> CCSBuild -> XDCTools -> Advanced options -> Additional compiler options -> Change from " -DDEVICE_FAMILY=cc26x0r2 " to " -DDeviceFamily_CC26X0R2 "

I'm glad you were able to solve your issue. Were you porting a BLE project or a TI Drivers project?

Hi Rachel,
I did not create the project, but what I've found we used "empty_CC2640R2_LAUNCHXL_tirtos_ccs" as base, with SDK 1.30, for our project.
