Hi all,

I want to change the value of Advertising Flags field (GAP_ADTYPE_FLAGS_GENERAL) after Bonding. How can I do this, is there any event or callback?

Hello Ali,

You can update the ADV data in the same way you set the ADV data initially. See the GAP Bond Manager section is the BLE SW User's Guide (included in your SDK) for details on when your application gets notified after bonding.

Hi Ali,

Advertisement data can be changed at any time - as long as advertisements are stopped and restarted. This shouldn't be an issue -

Regarding how to do it after bonding - there is actually a call back for when bonding is completed. You need to register callbacks for the pair state; the call back structure is here: software-dl.ti.com/.../group___g_a_p_bond_mgr___c_bs.html

And use the register command: software-dl.ti.com/.../group___g_a_p_bond_mgr.html
