I want to make Bluetooth Mesh Network on CC2640R2F board so may anyone help me to know how to make a device Provisioner?

As of now, TI does not provide a Bluetooth mesh stack for this device. Please see the pinned Getting Started FAQ post at the top of the BLE forum for more details.
