CC2640: Current Consumption vs TX Output power

I am looking for the graph of current consumption vs TX output power.
Would you please show us this data?

Data sheet only describes TX 0 dbm consumes 6.1mA and 5dbm consumes 9.1mA.

Yes, I know it...
We are looking for the current consumption data in case with using low output power like -5dBm, -10dBm. So, if TI has this data, I would like to get it.

Hi Kaka,

While not being exactly what you are after, there is more data in the "Typical Characteristics" Section in the datasheet.

I did a quick measurement. The -20 dBm setting at 3.0 V, 2440 MHz, is slightly above 4 mA.

As is typical these radios the change in current consumption below 0 dBm is not that high, whereas going above 0 dBm is more significant (as you can see from the datasheet).

I also measured the current consumption by using the SmartRF Studio7 and launchPad. Our results was almost the same value.
