CC2650: make a Beacon bluetooth network with CC2650

Part Number: CC2650

I have some nodes of CC2650 sensor tag, and I want to implement a Beacon Bluetooth network. I have two questions for this subject:

1)Is it possible that each node frequently changes its role and switches from receiver to client.

2)Also is it possible to save received packets in receiver mode and broadcast them in client mode?

Could you please tell me, I should study which resources in order to implement this scenario?

Client & server roles are totally different than Central & Pheripheral.

Central & Pheripheral is a GAP role where Client/Server is a GATT role.

Please explain, what exactly you are looking for

I want each node send a packet as a beacon and announce its presence in the network , and also every node could receive these packets, save them and forward them to other neighbors. I am not sure GAP is more suitable or GATT for this purpose :(
